REFUNDS

We don't offer refunds on perishable items.

DELIVERY

We take great care to ensure your orders are packaged securely and handed over to our trusted courier, Royal Mail, for delivery. However, once the parcel has been dispatched and is in the possession of the courier, we are not responsible for the final delivery location or where the parcel is left by the courier.

Please note the following:

- It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and safe delivery address.

- Any special delivery instructions should be communicated directly to Royal Mail.

- Doodle Biscuits is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

If you have any concerns about your delivery once it has been dispatched, please contact Royal Mail directly.
